Slipping Between
Buy it or you could right-click and Steal it
You’ll see them walking in the crowd, slipping between the space
Standing in the emptiness trying to hide there face
Living life in the shadows, letting it all pass them by
And standing in the rain, so no one can see them cry
And it’s all, all the same, but no one knows there name
And it’s all, all the same, but no one to blame
You’ll find them in the darkness, slipping between the light
Just trying to find some peace that will help them sleep tonight
So let the moon come out, and let it shine near and far
So they might have a chance, to wish upon a shooting star
And it’s all, all the same, but no one knows there name
And it’s all, all the same, but no one to blame
You’ll find them beneath the tree tops, slipping between the shade
Enjoying the sunlight, before it begins to fade
They’re using Mother Nature to try and mend.
Who knew that solitude could be a friend?
And it’s all, all the same, but no one knows there name
And it’s all, all the same, but no one to blame
And it’s so hard, hard to believe.
But this person is me
